Who is this mysterious Mark Snell? Some information (and a photo of Mark with his wife, Cindy) from Des Moines Public Schools about the 50-year long running sister-city relationship between Des Moines, Iowa, and Kofu, Japan.
Mark, as part of his career, has worked with Iowa’s longest-serving governor, Terry Branstad.
Much of his non-profit work has involved the Boy Scouts of America.
