Episode 15 – The Iowa Connection – Part I

I am joined by special guest co-host, Mark Snell, a non-profit organization management professional. We explore a number of topics related to how Mark has achieved job satisfaction throughout his career, whether he’s serving as the governor of Iowa’s aide-de-camp, to helping globalize the perspectives of junior high school students in rural Japan.

Show Notes:

Who is this mysterious Mark Snell? Some information (and a photo of Mark with his wife, Cindy) from Des Moines Public Schools about the 50-year long running sister-city relationship between Des Moines, Iowa, and Kofu, Japan.

Mark, as part of his career, has worked with Iowa’s longest-serving governor, Terry Branstad.

Much of his non-profit work has involved the Boy Scouts of America.
